I am convinced it has something to do with the NAT protocols, but I am not positive.Cant get my XR500 to connect with Surfshark VPN. ![]() I will let you know if any of the other options work out for me. Surfshark was as helpful as they could be, but they don't have a solution for this issue that they shared with me. I just read somewhere that I should try it) ![]() I don't fully understand this reasoning, but I am not a network technician. Setting it to bridge mode may make it so the VPN is the only NAT check taking place. (It may be that my router and the VPN are using a NAT protocol.
